If you’ve ever rented or leased a car, these programs look pretty good in comparison. Since your payments are deducted from your earnings as a driver, the trick is to maximize what you make behind the wheel. This will depend largely on two factors: where you live and when you drive.

 

How Much Do Drivers Make?

Drivers who live in larger metro areas like LA or New York report $25-$35 an hour, while cities like Atlanta report an average of $19 an hour. In smaller cities you’ll make less. If you drive during “surge pricing” times, when demand for rides is high, you can make an additional 50% or more on fares.

However, Uber is talking about phasing out surge pricing. On the flip side, drivers can now remind riders to tip by posting a sign in their car that says tips aren’t included in the fare. (Uber didn’t allow this before, and riders often didn’t tip.) Whether that will make up for surge fees when they’re phased out remains to be seen.

Cash Bonuses for Referring New Drivers

You can also earn $500 or more by referring new drivers, and get bonuses of $500+ for completing a certain number of trips. The amounts fluctuate depending on market conditions, including what Uber’s competitors are offering, but they can definitely add to your take-home.

I know all to well about this Disease as I watched my best friend battle Cancer for two long and painful years. How to Forgive Shamash Kassam and his son Shakeel,

In our great country America were People who's to Judge mental and we instantly assume the worst of things. Shamash Kassam and his Son Shakeel were visiting Yellowstone National Park on May 9, 2016, and what they discovered was a New Born Baby Calf still with his Umbilical Cord attached, the Bison Baby Calf was left alone to fend for himself. Knowing that it's wrong to interfere with Wild life Shamash and Shakeel did the honorable thing of picking up and carrying the young Bison Calf to their SUV Truck to try and save the Calf's life. Once they transferred the Calf back to it's Herd they called the proper authorities which was the Park Rangers. The Bison Herd and the Calf's Mother didn't want anything to do with the Calf because he had been touched by People leaving there smell/scent on the Calf. Shamash and his Son Shakeel Kassam went home thinking they have done a great deed for the day by saving the Calf's young life. The Calf was walking up to Visitors Cars shaking, scared, and confused not knowing what to do without his Mother and the Herd. The Park Rangers scold the two Men and told them to never touch Wild life, and they agreed that it was wrong, but having Compassion in such a cruel World we now live in their Hearts were to big to just leave the Baby Calf to fend for his self, because he would have died. Once home the two Men learned of the sad tragedy that they never would believed would happen, the Calf was euthanized and put to sleep, because he was an outsider now to his Mother and Herd he would stray to close to visitors. Yellowstone National Park said the Calf continued to approach visitors vehicles and they didn't have the proper tools to take care of baby abandoned Wild life so they done what was needed to be done which was euthanize the Calf. A judge order Shamash to pay $230. in fines and $500. to Yellowstone Park because of there misconduct, but I say this to you all. What if they had just been cruel and ignored the Calf, would the Calf survived on his own without his Herd and going up to and in front of moving cars? No... The Baby Bison would have died or been killed so why would we be angry, hateful, and cruel to these two Men who were simply trying to save a life? I once carried a Cat out of the street that was hit by a car and People who just sat and watched, laughed and said that was crazy, well if you're truly Human with a Heart, Conscience, Compassion, and Soul you would try everything to save a life. Hopefully you succeed, but if you happen to fail at least God knows you tried and done your best. Americans need to stop confusing good People for bad not everyone's intentions are for bad. Some People believe that the Kassams were trying to kidnap the Bison well if that was true would they take the Calf back to it's Herd, would they have notified the Park Rangers, No? They were just trying to do the thing they thought was right and unfortunately Idiots turned a Beautiful thing into something nasty as Americans always do. Jump the Gun for nothing without finding out the damn truth, We as Americans and People need to focus on what's really important and leave the bullshit where it's at! Focus on our Kids being kidnapped, trafficking, Molested by your family members, friends, teachers, and Pastors/Priest. Instead of worrying if Jay Z cheated or not on Beyoncé who cares that's there life and personal business. Everyone should mind there own business and stay in there place the World would be so much better, but that's to much like right! Americans get off on Drama and bullshit we act like Satan we don't want to see or have peace we want to destroy anything that's good we like turmoil. How To Make Delicious Smoked Turkey Legs

When the Holidays come around we all get confused as what to cook, because sometimes you want something a little different. I know I do... You can still have the Turkey you Love for Thanksgiving, but lets grill it up some. Ingredients: 6 -8 Turkey legs 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (optional) 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil I prefer Olive Oil, Dry Rub of your chose Wipe (mop) Rub on Legs BBQ Sauce of your chose as needed.

1. Directions: Several hours before you Barbecue, let the Turkey legs thaw out.
2. Combine the Worcestershire sauce and the oil, Coat your fingers with the mixture and rub into the turkey legs.
3. Sprinkle the dry rub over the skin, liberally rubbing into the Turkey legs and under the skin. Place the legs in plastic bags and refrigerate while Legs Marinate.
4. Prepare the Grill for barbecuing, bringing the temperature to 200 to 220 degrees F. Remove the Turkey legs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
5. Re-warm the mop mixture over low heat, transfer the Turkey legs to the smoker. Cook until the legs are very tender and the juices run clear, about 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
6. rub or Mop the legs at 45-minute intervals in a wood-burning pit, or as appropriate for your style of grill or smoker.
7. Serve the legs hot, to be eaten with your fingers, with barbecue sauce if desired.
8. Dry Rub: 1/4 cup chipotle seasoning. 1 to 2 tablespoons mild dried ground red chili, paprika, Salt, pepper, garlic powder. 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.
9. Wipe: 1 cup white Vinegar 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil/Olive Oil Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and warm the mixture over low heat. Warnings: be careful as it will be hot.

When going Grocery Shopping make a list, cut out Coupons, look for sales, compare prices at other stores online, get only what you need, and stick to your list, and always eat before leaving home. Some tend to buy up everything in the store if ya don't. 3. Next Car pool if you need to go out try to get a ride with family or friends. Save on gas prices as best you can if going out isn't important try to stay home. Other trusted adults could also sexually abuse children and teenagers. These include parents, uncles, aunts, siblings, stepparents, grandparents, coaches, baby sitters, clergy and teachers. The use of physical force, known as sexual assualt is rarely necessary to engage a child in sexual activity because children are trusting and dependent. Children are taught not to question authority and they believe that adults are always right. Perpetrators of child sexual abuse know this, and take advantage of these vulnerabilities in children. Sexual abuse is an abuse of power over a child and a violation of a child's right to normal, healthy, trusting relationships. Incest and sexual abuse are at epidemic proportions. Statistics from RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National network), state 15 percent of sexual assault and rape cases occur in children under the age of 12, with 93 percent of juvenile sexual assault perpetuated by someone they know. We are busy Women who like to look good without spending a lot of Money on our Hair especially if we just got it done already. No one wants to get there Hair done the next day because of the wind or because we slept on it so here is a way to Wrap your Hair and still have it look like you just had it done the next day, and it will last for weeks on in. Most African American like Wraps because after perming or getting it done it can frizz back up really fast, but Wrapping it helps keep it in place. This is an easy way to keep it all together. Steps 1.Divide your hair in half like the picture.

2. Concentrate on one side of the Hair at a time like the picture, Take that side and pull it around to your forehead, Try not to mess up the other Hair or the part.

3. Take a Hair clip  then pin the Hair down. When you look at that part of the Hair, it should look like the picture the Hair is not bothered.

4. One side of the Hair is wrapped.<

5. Do the same thing to the other side of the Hair. Bring your Hair around to your forehead in the opposite direction slowly.

6. Once in front of your hair, depending on the length it should meet up with the other Hair that was pinned.

7. Adjust the Hair in the front along with the other Hair. Pin up the other side of Hair. It should be neat like the picture.

8. Look at the back of your Hair it should also look neat like the picture, Once you see that your Hair is neat, get a Hair scarf and tie it around your Hair so that it stays in place.

9. When you take your Hair down the next day, it should look something like the picture. You might not have all your curls, but it will still have a little bump of curls left and it will have that straight look.
